Computational research
Our published work spans molecular docking and dynamics, protein interfaces, viral metalloproteomes, disease-associated mutations and structure-based drug discovery.
Methods and applications develop together: a biological question guides an algorithm, and the resulting tool helps examine that question more closely.
Teaching & mentorship
Academic work includes doctoral and postgraduate research guidance, together with training in structural bioinformatics, sequence analysis, computational modelling and research communication.
Students and prospective collaborators can contact Prof. Kulharia to discuss research interests. Admission announcements and eligibility requirements are published by CUHP.
